It’s Ok to Talk about Race with NYT Bestselling author, educator, and mother Kate Schatz.
Her informal, engaging, and uniquely accessible style has made her the darling of classrooms, boardrooms, the tech world, and even Conan O’Brien. Since 2015, Kate has visited 300+ schools and has appeared on msnbc, NPR, KQED, WNYC, WBUR, Minnesota Public Radio, as well as numerous podcasts. We’re so pleased to bring someone of her renown and caliber to our community!
Kate will give a short presentation followed by a Q&A and a more informal “hangout” after the event. This virtual event is free but requires an RSVP. While Kate will field questions during the Q&A, you can also use the RSVP form to submit any questions you may have or to let us know if there are specific topics you’d like Kate to address in her talk. You will receive a Hangout link closer to the event.
So please mark your calendars and don’t forget to RSVP!
