Yoga balls in the classroom!

Fifth grade teacher Beth Guistwhite was a recipient of of a VFMS 2016-2017 Golden Apple Grant. She purchased balance/yoga balls to use in her classroom to help focus those students who had a little extra energy to burn during the school day!
